About the workshop
You get more clarity on how the management and business development work together. Work is focused on how to adjust your business and make it ready for new markets.
You get insight into a number of areas like; How do you make the good idea into good business idea that can earn you money? You learn about the importance of a clear profile and how a clear profile can distinguish you from your competitors. It deals with how a strong strategy is developed and how you get closer to your market and your customers. We look beyond the country’s borders and talk about internationalization and business development. You learn how to develop more and better products as well as get insight into areas like lead startup and pretotyping.
Furthermore, it is discussed how management can become a competitive parameter and how to find your personal strengths and development areas.
A better and more clear idea description will enable you to explain and sell your idea as well as get important feedback that can be used for business development. In this way, the basis for development and growth will be improved. A formulated mission and clear profile will create more meaningfulness around the company. Working actively with product development will give your business a business advantage that puts you in front of your competitors
To the workshop bring computer. In addition, any strategy material and business plan that has already been prepared may be included.
About Lasse Sørensen
Lasse works with sparring and guidance from entrepreneurs and growth companies, and is annually in contact with 250-300 companies. Lasse’s unique insight and extensive experience in business development and capitalization from around 1,000 companies provides a solid ballast for competent sparring and guidance in virtually all industries .
Lasse is a graduate of cand.merc. from CBS and has a broad education in corporate finance, law and accounting. He has worked as a business consultant in Amagerbanken and Danske Bank, where he has worked closely with some of the country’s most innovative and successful companies. Lasse is a member of Connect Denmark, and has been an external adviser for the City of Copenhagen Municipality and ASE. Lasse teaches funding in the Capital Entrepreneurship Program (HIP), is a supervisor for graduate students at DTU, mentor for MBA students at CBS and a frequently used lecturer in, among others, KEA, University of Copenhagen and DTU.
